Pulses are quick, daily emotional check-ins designed to help you stay aware of how you’re feeling and how those emotions might be showing up in your relationship. In under a minute, you name your feelings, add a bit of context, and get a thoughtful reflection.

Over time, Pulses help you notice emotional patterns, build self-awareness, and catch small shifts before they turn into bigger disconnects. They’re a lightweight but powerful way to stay emotionally engaged between deeper sessions.
Clarity Sessions are 15-minute, focused conversations with Clarity, your AI relationship coach. Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), these sessions help you uncover your deeper emotions and find constructive ways to express them.

You can bring any conversation into Talkwell. Record one live, upload an audio file, or paste a written exchange from your text messages or email.

Pulses offer quick, daily emotional check-ins that help you stay aware of how you’re feeling and notice patterns as they emerge. Together, they create a continuous feedback loop. Pulses help you notice, Clarity Sessions help you reflect and prepare, and Conversation Analyses help you observe and refine.
You can invite your partner, therapist, or coach to view the conversations you analyze. Many users share their analyses with their therapists and coaches to get deeper guidance and context during appointments.
As you complete more Conversation Analyses, you’ll be able to track how your Four Horsemen usage and Magic Ratio change across conversations. These graphs make it easy to see how your communication evolves over time and in response to different events.
